reallly really good video!! but one thing about the strumming because after you go DD UD UD then you went U DD. just hellping! but youre a good teacher!
I got as far as the strumming before my pick came out of my hands.... I went to pick it up and its not there... I looked under the bed and its not their... I spent 5-10minutes searching for it and its not their...
So I came back to learn the song from this brilliant and easy to understand turtorial using my fingers.... :)
@Maffy234 Hahaha!!! Oh my gosh!!! I've SO done that before! I have a white pick that blends in so well with everything! So, sometimes I gotta use my bright green pick! :)
@that1girl925 Mine is a Keyser and I really like it. I've don't know much about any other brands or types, but I've had it for about 6 years and it works like a charm. :)

hey, hi...thanks for helping me with this song...please help me again tough, i used the strumming pattern u told in the video but it kinda sounds different from urs...dunno why???and also my guitar sounds a little wierd, altough its tuned...please help me...
are you left handed?if you are, i'n sorry because i can't follow your tutorials because i'm right handed,it's like,i have to do the chords you do on another way around, but good tutorial though...
Thank you sooo much! I've always wanted to learn guitar & my boyfriend got me one for my birthday. You're such a good teacher. I have the strum pattern down and everything but there is NO WAY I can sing & play at the same time. Like I can sing the first part with it but once the strum pattern picks up I can't sing and play. :( HOW DO YOU DO ITTT? ps. you're gorgeous I'm so jealous!
@aliciakm417 Aw, thank you so much! I'm glad that I can help. And you are very welcome! That's really nice of your boyfriend to get you a guitar for your birthday. It's like being able to repeatedly pat your head with one hand while rubbing your tummy with the other. I know that sounds funny, but it's true. Haha! Just keep practicing. You'll get it! @chrissyemx31 You're welcome. I'm glad that I can help! In the intro, you can just strum down once on each chord. It sounds really pretty! Have fun!!! :)
@iloveginginpie Really? Wow. That means so much!!! I'm glad that I could somehow get you into music. It's such an amazing thing. Music brings us all together. :)
Thks for your help :-) I try to accompany this song, because my girlfriends will sing it at weekend (She's a good singer and very beautiful, like you) ;) And could you strumming the chorus at a different way? Because I think the verse and chorus should be different to create a great song..
You may try strumming the chorus in that case: down-down-down-up-up-down-down-up-down-up .. (this's my case) (the chord isnt changed) :)
@tanbaoyi No, you don't have to pick the strings your fingers are on. You can pick all the strings, but I like just picking a few middle to bottom ones. I like the sound it creates. :)
great singing~ also, im starting to laern guitar, hope my fingers dont hurt much xD this helped me alot. im gonna play it when i have my guitar fixed.
@chellcutie Thank you so much! Actually, it's not for left-handed people. My camera just flips the image around. So everyone thinks I play that way. Haha! :D
I'm an extreme beginner and I was hoping you could give some tips. like how can I easily go from chord to chord? is there anything I can do to make my transitions from chord to chord move smoother?
@kerreta You're very welcome! The easiest way to get used to moving from one chord to another is to just take two chords of your choice, and practice moving back and forth. Start out slow and then pick up the pace each time as you start getting the hang of it. Let me know how it goes. :D
Wow. You're an amazing singer. (: And this really helped me! Thanks so much!! (:
