in rocky horror the cast was told little about thier role, and they all figured they were supposed to take on accents. Obviously they didnt think it through since Riff N Magenta are siblings but sound completely diffrent. Also she, for the most part,lives lived in the U.K., is origionally from... Ireland, Scottland, I forget which one, dont get mad at me, but anywho... they all just unsure of what the charactor acted like, and decided accents were a good move. hope that helped.
