Otaku mainly refers to people who watch anime or read manga

There can be otaku, in the Japanese sense of the word, for any hobby. You could be a computer otaku, an anime otaku, a car otaku, a military otaku... any thing you take to an obsessive level.

In the west, otaku is different. I don't want to try to define it, else 50 otaku will jump down my throat XD

haha i was in Akihabara today! is was REALLY hot and REALLY humid.. akihabara is not the place to be in japan, though they have 2 cool arcades. but too many shops that sell the exact same thing

When/if I visit Japan, I'm visiting Akihabara. I will bring money; no doubt about it. XD

I can make out the "African" accent in the black dude's conversation. Jessie has an "American" one, but I didn't really think about that. o_O; Rahman's is sorta British. The Japanese dude - I presume he's Jap. - speak English pretty well.
