ANYONE WHO DOESN'T HAVE CONFIG.CFG OR PLAYERS FOLDERS, LOOK HERE!

First, run the game as adminstrator, then play one SINGLE PLAYER CAMPAIGN. Don't finish it. Just save & quit. exit the game. Now, look at your black ops folder. the Player folder should be there now, along with config.cfg
