Hello, there is possibility of providing more detailed this project to my email, I hope to make a generator to put in my car and pass on to my friends.
FYI Those "plates" are alignment shims used in car suspensions. I love this design. Lets see if we cant make it a little cooler. Keep up the good work!
I realized after I filmed this demo that I only had 2 neutrals between the POS & NEG, so I took it apart and added an extra neutral on either side of the POS. The output still looks really good and I have similar amperage draw.
PS - Didn't you say that you were using a Bestec Power Supply that was giving you problems with bouncing Amps?
when are you going to measure the output? I have seen most, if not all of your videos and I can't tell or see the difference in output. If you start measuring you can tell if there is some improvement. Right now it is just a guess and it is impossible to say there is a good output because there are no numbers.
I hope to see some numbers soon though, you would please yourself with doing measurements. Keep on experimenting, greets from Holland
That's true, but right now I'm in-between jobs, so I don't have any money to get my designs closer to performing LPM tests.
I'm having more fun experimenting with different designs than anything. The problem I have is that I have is when I get a cell near completion, I think of another way to improve it, or I just scrap it and start over.
I have had some cells that I completed and put in the car, but they had disappointing results and I didn't bother putting them on video.
I went through all of my spare parts last night and I think I have what I need to complete 2 or 3 of my best designs, so I can finally get LPM tests out for everyone.
I made a measuring device from two plastic bottles, it was one of the first things I made. It is not 100 percent accurate but good enough to tell the difference in output. My friend bought a digital camera so in the near future I will put up some videos on youtube. At the moment I am building a Dry Cell, it takes some time to finish it (parts) but when it is done I will show how and what I have done to build it. My goal is to make it as efficient as I can afford .
Are you sure that dieing power supply doesn't have some thing to do with that really good out put? You know many great discoveries have been made by accident.
wow nice,,,,,

Thanks for letting me know what these plates are. I've got a new design idea for these, but I haven't had a chance to build it yet.

HOLY SHITTTTTTTTTTT.
That is small as hell!
Extreme output! WOW, great job!

Thanks, I'm really impressed with the amount of gas coming off the plates.
I'm gonna have to make some smaller electrodes, so I can mount it in a sealed container. Then I can check the LPM to see where I'm at.

yeah same issue!

When I get the money, I'm gonna get a better built power supply. This Bestec is garbage.

Im using a 550Watt... hasnt died yet sooo who knows.

Looks good and making HHO to. Just seeing the different designs is fun and helps encourage others to try different ideas. keep up the good work !!

Yeah, but this design does get really hot after about 10 minutes, so I'm gonna throw in an extra neutral plate on either side of the POS.

I hooked it up to a higher quality power supply last night and the amperage stayed solid on 8A.
The power supply that is dieing was pulled from a gateway computer, and is not very good quality.
I won't ever use a Bestec ATX Power supply again, because it says it can handle 16A, but really can't handle anything over 10A.
I'm completely surprised by the output, so I'm coming up with some other designs using these blade plates.
