IROC was the best racing concept when it started in the 1970's. Take drivers representing different forms of motorsports, and see who is the best. But it had become a NAS$CAR benefit for the final ten or so years of the series.
See they needed to Run Daytona (NASCAR), Indy (Indy, F1, NASCAR) Laguna Seca (Open Wheelers)and then Eldora or Knoxville for the dirt trackers. That woulda made it even...It might of saved the series
You forget rally and offroad... O.k: Offroad don't work for that car, but it still miss a mixed surface "rally-like" race track... Something like the X Game Rally/daytona beach course... Or may be base on Lousada,Portugal. You see what I mean?

the problem was, it was all ovals raced on the same weekend as the nascar race, so the nascar drivers had benefits
