I found that the Striker also takes them out pretty quickly. I'm not sure what type of Juggernaut it was or how much damage it had taken already, but it took me less than a full clip to kill it.

The loading screen in mw3 before a match it says "not all juggernauts are the same" so maybe some might die form a semtex and others do. He should try it a couple a different times just to see. Thumbs up so he can see.

The reason the Semtex won't kill the jug is because a juggernaut suit is a bomb suit designed to be explosive resistant......

One SMAW shot to the body has worked for me. in a 1on1 i was trying to see what would take the Juggernaut out the fastest and the SMAW worked with one shot to the torso.

The reason a juggernaut doesn't die immediately by being blown up is because the juggernaut suit is EOD armor which decreases the damage done by explosives.

Semtex to the shield kills a normal riot shield user, not a Juggernaut. I still maintain the best way to kill the Juggernaut is just popping em with the SMAW, they can't do shit against that.
