  • great vid to great gig. Not glass though, try ice.

  • It's sugar. Stuntmen use it.

  • Fantastic music, fantastic video, fantastic everything-period. I fell in love with this video from the first moment I saw it. The overcast sky, the simple, but captivating visuals, and I ADORE the running man, breaking the glass. I love it!!

  • This is indeed an official video made by Tomato where Rick Smith and Karl Hyde were/are working associates. Was at a talk by one of the other members of Tomato and this video was shown to us before it was released.

  • it would be funny if the guy ran and hit the window without even braking the glass..like he just hits it and the whole thing "wabbles" and he gets knocked out...and they should have different scenes as he hits the floor..man that would make our day :)

  • please post push downstairs also :)

  • MINE IN HD

  • Brilliant.I can remember them playing this at the MTV awards in 1999 or 2000.I was amazed even though I am not into this genre of music.

  • I also know of this song from those same MTV awards (the first one i ever watched) from around that time!

  • Hallucinogenic track. And those eyes... Oh my..

  • i love this song!

  • HAHAH WHY

  • its all about making music that peopl enjoy. if u think thats easy then do it.

  • SWEET!

  • echt der hammer

  • A few things I'll just say from reading the comments.

    1) I don't really understand why it matters if something is hard to play manually (as in, on a musical instrument like guitar, piano, etc.). So what?

    2) Composition does take talent. So what if it doesn't have fast guitar solos with epick bendz! on the really high notes.

    3) All that matters to some people is whether or not they like the way it sounds.

That being said, I do play guitar, and it's my major in college.

  • Great song... one of me famous... strange and very powerfull.......

  • How about just appreciating this for what it is?

  • There's a review of Beaucoup Fish describing it as the Dark Side of The Moon of elecronica. All I know that it's not far off.

  • underworls r one of the greastest dance acts ever

  • best music vid ever

  • jewman this is the second video from underworld that iv seen a negative comment from you tell me why you listen to them if you have such hate for there music?i think you really enjoy it but wont admit it to yourself!

  • i actually laughed when i saw this comment saying that i actually like it. no, i really dont like this stuff and its just really annoying

  • that's because you are jew.

  • hahhahahahahahahahahahahahahhhahahaha

  • You keep pointing out that "your" music is way better than this. I'd love to know what you are listening too.. let me know

  • im not saying my music is really better than this, im just saying it takes actual talent to make instead of just having some computer do most of the work like in this. and i like really most kinds of rock, but mostly metal. i like things that everybody likes, like the Red Hot Chili Peppers, to stuff like the Beatles, and then metal, which is my favorite. and the metal stuff i like includes Megadeth, Pantera, Metallica, Killswitch Engage, a bunch of stuff

  • There are people who say the same about good metal bands like metallica. That it is stupid, boring, annoying,..

The point is that music is a subjective thing. And if you dont know a style of music you most likely miss all the fine details in quality. To me almost all metal songs sound the same. But i know it's wrong.

What i try to say is: Let everyone listen to the music they like. There is good and bad music. Not doubt. But as long as you dont HAVE to listen it let the others ;)

  • im not even trying to say that this music is terrible music, im simply saying that it is really easy to make.

  • I think you're wrong. Yes, it is easy to programm a sampler and make some beats. That's why there is so much shitty technomusic.

But it's not the programming. It's WHAT you program. What atmospheres you create. What melodies you play. How you build new beats, rich sound experiences. The same as it is easy to play crappy riffs on a guitar. But playing a guitar good is art.

And Underworld have done a lot of good work in that field. Again, you don't have to like it. Just my opinion :)

  • True, anyone can play guitar.. not everyone can play it well. It's the same with everything else.. some people are just not able to hear the difference.

Also, playing a piano is just pressing some buttons.. really easy huh ?

  • Lol u like the Beatles cause they didnt use computers at all....and they were just totally the greatest gutiar players....lol at ringo, ok i love the Beatles but there music is easy as crap to play, but same as dance music its the atmosphere it creates. Seriously ok since dance music is really so easy can you make us a song put it on you tube and we will judge it ok....pass it off....if not let people enjoy it, why not research dance music a bit more so you know what you are talking about.

  • i have listened to quite a few dance music songs and i still dont really think that it takes much talent to make, if you like it, good for you, i agree that taste in music is an opinion, i just dont like this, but it still doesnt take much talent to make. and haha, yea, ringo isnt that good at drums, but actually i like them a lot because of the singing and stuff like that, and actually George Harrison was a pretty good guitarist, sure theres better, but he was good

  • COmputers don't just randomly generate songs with the pull of a lever. You have to compose the track the computer is but a tool same as a paper and partition honestly. Most Producers use a keyboard and many other synths plugged to their computers via midi anyways. Stop posting your opinion if you are ignorant. BTW i don't like this song.

  • im not stupid, i know that computers dont magically make this stuff, people do using computers, but what im saying is it takes no on the spot talent like a lot of rock does, a lot of rock requires the guitarists to play as fast as it actually sounds, especially in concert, but in dance music, because its ALL on computers, you can play anything at any speed and just adjust it on the computer to make it sound the way you want

  • Most rock bands sound like shite live compared to their studio stuff so its the same thing with techno only amplified.

  • well, thats not even really true, ive heard both techno and rock live and, yes the techno sucked, and even if you do like it, it was very hard to hear anything through what literally was just noise, and, a lot of rock bands do suck live, yes, but i have seen ones that were actually better live because of some variations they added in their songs and because of just the atmosphere created, but that can apply to techno too if ur into that

  • You'll look back on your comments in a few years..............and realise what a cock you were when you were 19.

But I s'pose we all thought we knew it all when we were 19.

You have to have the skill and imagination to tell your computer what to do...........just like you have to have the skill to tell your fingers how to play ' Hit the lights' or 'Battery'

If you are into Metallica after the black album..............you're not worth talking to!

  • the only thing i like by them after the black album is Death Magnetic, and that isnt even that great, and imagination isn't skill, its just imagination

  • I am in a rock /reggae band we do Ok and the crowd really have a good time at the shows ,but it isn`t my style of music I play guitar and sing lead vocals but, making good dance music is where I am at and I am finding it real hard (my pc must be broken cause that make dance song button doesn`t work ) I will keep studying though and I will succeed due to persistance and the love of music .Peace and

  • hows ur band going u goose ?? You must be doing so well lol

  • easier said than done kid...

  • woop seein them tonight

  • Awesome tune!!! Awesome vid!!! UNDERWORLD kick ass!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • beaucoup fish is definitely one of the all-time best "electronic" records. and yes its the original video. I remender it very well it was the end of the 90's, nice memories............underworld was one of my favourite electronic music makers.

  • Yes, it is one of the TOP 5 electronical Records in the 90´s. Perfect Sound!

  • That videoclip is what made me discover (and enjoy) Underworld. The morphing effects, the eyes lurking on the background, the smashing glass when you thought there was no glass... brilliant.

  • of the album fish somthing very cool tune thou.....

  • beaucoup fish lol

  • That's what I call the essence of hard-house. Fantastic.

  • you'd be completely wrong though

  • It is the original video. It was even made on Underwolds own production company Tomato. I can only recommend checking out Tomato's back catalogue!

  • I would totally go see Underworld. They need to play someplace near to me! =P

  • This song always reminded me of GvsB.

  • try reading a book by charles bukowski or henry miller while having that one on repeat - very nice!

  • wiked tune

  • loved seeing this again. i had missed it.
