@Blackhat188 when you're done selecting the pictures you want click "save pack".. do NOT click "save pack to device". after you click "save pack" save the file to your desktop and then put the file onto your usb stick using USB XTAF Explorer.

I found out how to work it. Re-download modio and when you click on the application, dont extract the files. Just run it. The go to tools and click on Gamer picture pack creator. Then search your game and good to go. This worked for me.

@zawbu you actually dont need gamer picture injector... its a very buggy system and doesnt even work have the time.. the modio 3.0 beta does have all of the gamer pictures in them... you just have to type in the EXACT name of the picture pack to find it
