The supreme court is not the last word. They are simply 10 people who we expect to make reasonable interpretations of law following the principles enshrined in the constitution. It has built transportation infrastructure and amassed armies to defend all of the states. @TenthAmendmentCenter: How much larger would the Empires of Japan and Germany have grown in WWII if the states had not agreed that an attack on the territory of Hawai'i was an attack on the US? I suggest that we would not have been as strong apart as we were together. I'm glad the brutal regimes of Tōjō and Hitler never touched this continent.

The federal government is not worthless. If it was the original founders would not have written the Constitution as they did to include the executive, judicial and legislative branches of govt.
Please correct your statement so that you come across as Consititutional.
Root for secession. It is the only solution. Bring the core of American principles back by secession and later another compact between the States for protection. Secession would create a literal "free market" for governments. People who like socialized government can move to California, Oregon, New York, etc. Those that like limited government can move to Wyoming, Montana, et al. People can move to those states that best represent their personal philosophy.

It can render itself unusable in its disobedience, but government must exist in some form to carry out the few powers only it can achieve. Like it or not, it's a principle God put into the world. A couple good points, completely negated by the last of this video : "the federal government, as worthless and it is dangerous" this is LOL ridiculous bullshit. Worthless and Dangerous? The Federal Government was set up by the same founding fathers who thought it prudent to add the first ten amendments to clarify and restrict the constitution. Don't be mislead by the reasoned tone of this piece of worthless propaganda.
It would be one thing if the feds followed the constitution. but the message of the video is that no matter what you do, who you vote for, what you march for, or who you call - both major parties have been destroying the constitution for years. A new strategy, one that was recommended by the founders for an out-of-control federal government - is what's proposed.
You do understand that the Federal Government is given power by The Constitution and the Constitution was created by the States. This in itself gives the States the power to deem the Federal Government worthless.

opt out of Medicare benefits and pay for your own health care costs;
opt out of having what you eat, cosmetics you might wear and drugs you take being tested;
if you are a farmer, opt out of receiving subsidies;
opt out of driving on those highways that the federal government built;
opt out of having the airplanes you fly on be inspected for safety;
and, forget about federally funded research for new treatments when you get sick;
And rely on state militia when terrorists come.
