Love, love Christopher Cross!! Used to listen to "Ride Like The Wind" in 1980 while stationed with my ex at Keesler AFB, MS. We would get in my Dodge-Lil Red Express Truck and race friends down Hiway 10 to Mobile, AL with the stereo cranked up and the windows down!! Those were the days!! :-)

Actually if you carefully listen, this song is done in more the style of his current music - a little more jazzyish / rock. I really love the way his voice sounds in this rendition, you can also notice the subtle jazzy slickness of the keyboards which also compliment the whole performance.
