@zzlilaznzz There are plenty of techniques that will help even if you have just some vague idea of what a word means. For example, you may know whether the word has a positive or negative connotation. Use these techniques to eliminate answer choices, and if you can eliminate a few with some certainty, take your best guess.
Remember, if you can't eliminate any answer choices, you can always skip the question.
