I first met the lads as patiets over 30 years ago.at the time they were doing a gig at stirling uni.one wee transit van.over the next 30 tears.they all became more than patients.very good friends.they grew to travel with a number of 40 ft artics..and as always a nicer bunch of lads you could not meet.genuine genuine folks

Thank you for this. As a lowlander, I make sure I get to Skye at least once a year, just to save my soul! Runrig have been a favourite since Scottish College of Textiles gig in 1983 and this is one of their very best. To watch and listen to both together makes me very happy. :)

About a year ago,we send you a note.Always looking forward to your new clips and music! from today on we can inform you we are movin to Bonnie Scotland next year! ;-D We have made this decision when we stayed with our girlfriend at her cottage in august.Dreams do come true for us next year in summertime.

The musical land is sleepy these few years. So it’s quite a delight to bump accidently into this great song. The singer has a rich and smooth baritone voice. The lyrics are an idyllic poem, and the tune is soothing and irresistible. Yeah, it is “When the summer's coming in” in just a few hours! Even though I am not a Scottish, I have a strong connection to this song. It makes me so homesick that I am thinking about packing for a visit to my folks.

Hello! We are from Belguim and married in full Scottish outfit (17/05/08) on my husbands 50th birthday, We renewed our vows on my birthday(16/08/09) at Glamis Castle-Forfar were the Queenmother was born.We lost our heart in Scotland, and now i know why...I have found that my roots are there, i'm a Durie! This year we are going back for the 2th time in august and have a stay at our girlfriends cottage (Douglastown-Forfar)
