You know, judging by some of the lyrics he has written, yeah he might have the ability to put out good music. But one, his voice irritates the hell out of me. The "swag" he has is also annoying. In closing, even calling their first album (Panics) a masterpiece is an understatement. That cd was godly.

Also, I know for a fact that Patrick didn't want FOB to split because he's still doing music, his solo album is coming out in February. Also, Pete is a prick for making a new band, hope they fail so hard that FOB will have to reform. He has apologising to do.

@8gerrard8 I agree with you I think they all want FOB to be together they just needed time apart and Pete(I hate him too btw) actually said in an interview that he went into a deep depression after they went on hiatus, and Joe and Andy are in the damned things I like all the side projects(Mainly Patricks and Joe&Andy's mostly) and I support each member but I agree with you and I can actually sing better then Brendon Urie LOL seriously which is bad cause I'm a girl!! LOL

@falloutboy2134 I wouldn't say it's his fault- he's not the only one who's working with a new band- Andy and Joe are in "The Damned Things" and Patrick came out with a solo project before anyone else had announced anything- It seems to have been a pretty natural break, to me. Also, the band has said over and over that it's just a hiatus- give them a couple of years before you call them broken up.

I have to say, I like reading these and I agree with some but others no. Patrick isnt fat, and he did very well for such a short amount of time.
Think of how quickly they may have told him to sing it, or how different his voice is from Brendons. He did very well. Yes, Fall out boy did pretty much make P!ATD. Yes, I am a Patrick fan more than a Pete, and yes Pete put himself out there, but Patrick and Andy, and Joe all tried just as hard in their own way so please dont say its all Pete.

Patrick Stump is talented and has got what it takes to put out decent music out there. You might not like it, but you can't go around judging what good or bad music is. Stick to your taste and speak for yourself if you like it or not.
I'll have to agree though that Panic's second album sucks hard...it's close to garbage/crap. The first one was a masterpiece.

You know, judging by some of the lyrics he has written, yeah he might have the ability to put out good music. But one, his voice irritates the hell out of me. The "swag" he has is also annoying. And they kinda sold out... I thought Dance, Dance was pretty original and clean, but then they kinda just went downhill with Thnks Fr Th Mmrs. In closing, even calling their first album (Panics) a masterpiece is an understatement. That cd was godly.

I see what you mean, but it all comes down to a matter of opinion. For instance, his voice does not irritate me and is very pleasant to hear. Furthermore, Thnks Fr Th Mmrs was even better than Dance Dance in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, I don't even listen to Fall Out Boy that much (I've been digging them lately though), but they do come up with original/decent stuff, might you like it or not. And we'te still agreeing on Panic's cd quality. So I guess this conversation is over.
