for you how do you maintain your weight?? is it that once you start to eating fruits and vejis as a snack insetead of chips you just get used to it and not eat chips any more? and how are you able to eat and drink stuff with fat in it? like milk or cheese. How do you dont get regular cheese and not get fat after you lost all that weight?
@blondchick4 Here's the deal! Picture how you want to look and feel! Then eat healthy and fell how it changes you. enjoy it. Ask yourself if it is worth it when you eat unhealthy stuff. Then keep track of what you eat and see how your body reacts. Every body reacts differently. Allow yourself to be motivated to do what make your body and mind feel the best. I find that it is totally worth it to do what it take to whatever makes your body feel and look the best.
i cant bear eating vegetables but i eat alot of grain, dairy, fruits, and i am able to eat junk food without gaining weight and i lost some weight being a kid rocks haha
I love grapes but to be honest and trying to be "ladylike" they make me "pass wind" too much, so I cannot eat many grapes if you get my "drift" (chuckles) does anybody know why grapes do that to me?? please let me know
