Both legends, slightly different styles and tones but one is not better than the other, Randy has a more 80's tone and sound and Zakke is right to the minute and has the Southern Rock v British influence which for me forms the best package to my taste but technically it's a debate not worth having, Zakke would agree and I am sure Randy would if he was still breathing.

There is no 2nd best with those two. They ARE the best. Zakk has awesome pinch harmonics, and it is an everybodys 'wet' dream, to have him playing in your band, live..

Randy, on the other hand, actualy _wrote_ the guitar on those best songs ever, from Ozzy.. So originality definitely goes to Randy, live shows go to Zakk.

I have to say, i'm more of a fan of Zakk, but definitely in this video, Randy sounds better. Partially because the Zakk soundclip is shit, but it's Zakk's tone that people dislike, not his playing, I think.
