amazing place.i was there 9 years ago,was lucky enough to get a up close look at the milking of the venom,i held the king cobra with one other man while it was being milked, the tail end obviously.one of the coolest moments of my life.they make sound you wont forget.so different in real life than tv.
If you actually watch the video, you can see the handlers milking the snakes for venom. This isn't some tourist sideshow - this takes place at the Red Cross hospital in Bangkok, the sole intention of which is to produce antivenom. How do you suppose they produce antivenom if the snakes aren't poisonous?
Uh duh, they are demonstrating the venom. Also in cobras when you remove the fangs and venom they beginto die and slow down. That is why cheap tricksters do it.

At the 3:00 minute mark, you can see the venom that they just milked from the fangs.

This is the most gorgeous pair of snakes I've ever seen on video. My constrictor would love to see this.

Unlike the shows you see in India these snakes seem healthy and they still have their fangs and venom glands.

You can't tell that they still have there Venom Glands/Fangs. I can guarantee you these snakes are Voided and/or there fangs have been removed.

Nice presentation. And also gentle interaction between the wrangler and the snake.
