Just to set the record straight, the "nezumi" race in FFIX are based on rat-humanoids of Japanese mythology. They're rats, but the Japanese think of rats differently than Americans do, regarding them as cute and somewhat lovable thieves. Anywho, as a Freya Fan, this was great and irreverant at the same time. Bravo!
