This is a HANG NOTHING, while HANG 10, is when your feet aren't used to counterbalance each other, (like the hang nothing). Hang 10 is when BOTH FEET are on the FRONT PEGS and your balancing.

I can explain why. It's because the "hang" part of the trick has to do with your foot hanging off the bike. 5 toes (your foot) hanging off makes for a hang 5. 10 toes (both feet) make for a hang 10. If people think it has to do with your toes hanging over the peg, they're simply wrong. It's a bicycle, you're toes are always hanging off. It'd be useless to base the name of an entire trick due to a minor obvious detail.
