  • hahah when we catch those dogfish while were out salmon fishing we cut them down the side and let their organs hang out and let them go fucking annoying ass shark

  • well i was entertained for 6 min and 20 sec. you guys should make another one

  • i saw your long lake fishing video too. nive vids.

im pretty sure that "spotted ratfish" was a spiny dogfish ive caught 100s of them

  • what bait/lure did u use

  • u krusty fucks. you give fishing a bad name for getting off at catching that bullshit flounder. Those fish are worthless. The only use for them are fucking crab bait. god damn it

  • @funkywhiteguy06

You've never tasted flounder, have you? They're delicious fried in batter. As long as they don't have tumors or those giant worms in them.

  • @funkywhiteguy06 Well if you stopped being a dick and went out at tasted a flounder you'd know why. So fuck you you krusy fuck!

  • @funkywhiteguy06 if they are as worthless as you propose them to be then why bother leaving a comment full of animosity? why waste the energy over "crab bait." you sir give fisherman a bad name with your ill tempered ignorance

  • what kind of rig did you use?

  • pretty small boat for the sound

  • @greaper55 Yeah, I wouldn't go out on a crappy day in it. But I have seen 12' boats out trolling for Salmon before and it is as big as some of the old timers used back in the day. I know I wouldn't want to be out there when it was bad though.

  • @fwccliff

    yeah thats for sure.

  • how do you fry those? i catch them all the time but just through back cause im not sure hpw to cook

  • my kind of fishing...looks like ya all had a great time...

    Tight Lines :-)

  • i've caught those ratfish before just off of the shore at owens beach! they are ugly fish but they put up a decent fight :) great video *****

  • worms are a GREAT bait for flatfish fishing. i use them when fishing at the point defiance dock and i get bite after bite after flatfish after bite

  • Well that isn't hard to do!

At least we don't wander around YouTube commenting in all caps.

  • eh, don't listen to that punk. you did great! you really don' need to catch anymore than you did.

  • Thanks for the support! Honestly, because we don't do polished, staged, politically correct stuff, we fully expect some people to rip on us.

  • same here but they dont suck there just normil fishermen who like to fish so dont say the suck i bet its there first time fishing there

  • Actually it was our first time fishing out there!

  • haha funny. oh heres a tip next time you go fishing there use worms or some kind of meat thats really bloody and chicken legs work too. oh and beware of sharks!

  • what kinda bait u guys using?

  • Pieces of herring.

  • rat fish are not edible. However you can boil thier livers and out will come a very fine oil that makes a good lubricant for reels. There's your completely useless information for the day.

  • or you could buy some wd40....

  • I used to take the boat out over in Edmonds and crank the flounder & dogfish outta there. its reel fun! what are you using for bait? and what year is your ford? Beautiful truck

  • Chunks of herring if I remember right. As for the truck, it is a '71 and while it isn't easy on the eye, it is a great old work horse.

  • Have you caught sand sharks?

  • If you are talking Spiny Dogfish, we didn't that day, but we routinely catch them when trolling the West side of Possession Bar and on out from there.

  • yeah thats is what i did last night we used some herring and just jigged off of the bottom we caught 20 some flounder an what size weight would you recomendfor fishinf for flounder and do you also know a good spot for some halibut you guys should do a show on cathing halibut

  • We actually want to, and will probably hook up with a guide next year and try our hand at it.

  • What bait were you using and were you jigging with it

  • We were bouncing chunks of herring off the bottom for these guys, but I would go with a lure tipped with bait if I were to do it again 'cause they DEVOURED the bait, hooks and all. We wound up just cutting the hooks off a couple because they were so far down in there it would have taken an autopsy to get them out.

  • have you gone fishing in the Dyes Inlet area over by Silverdale?

  • Nope haven't been there yet! Should we?

  • yeah

  • hey thats the gi joes in lynnwood on 196th. whatd you use and whered you go to catch the flatfish? ive tried on the pier at the mukilteo park next to ivars, the bottom seemed rocky to me. not much fish but lots of crab.

  • You are correct on the Joe's (apparently they are being more PC these days and have dropped the GI part.) We were a ways South of the boat launch. Don't think you can walk that far down, at least during high tide.

  • joes dropped GI because there were some legal issues with another sport store known as "GI Joes"

  • "Is it a lingcod?" that was hilarious once you said what it really was. I pulled one of those out of the sound once and had no idea what it was till I looked it up. You got some really nice flatfish there too, bet those were good to fry up.

  • seems like you guys caught quite a bit of flounders/sole? What part the Sound was it? bottom sandy or rocky?

  • The bottom was pretty sandy/soft. The Sand Dab and Sole like a soft bottom for digging into.

  • HEY I GOT A SEA ROD AND I FISH ON FLATFISH ON THE SEA!! AND THATS NOT THE SEA!! and what rig ar u using?

  • try bigger hooks maybe?

  • thats my theory too, if we are movin i throw a daredevil in the water and just troll until we get there just to have a line in the water-i thought i was the only one!
