This woman's an idiot. She's a walking republican talking point. This woman says "Free market" the same way someone shakes a magic 8 ball. Its an excuse for her not to understand economics or come up with any legitimate ideas. "Let the free market take care of it" means "I don't know what I'm talking about or have any ideas, so I'll just pass the buck on to the profit motive because that seems to make them cheer louder."

If you also believe that the idea that massive deficits and government borrowing is the way out of our economic problems or is anything other than trite drivel from intellectual lightweights then you are also in for a rude awakening as our current economic troubles just get worse and worse.

Finally, a politician with some sense. Washington is now wants to nationalize banks, housing, autos, what's next? If people would stop criticizing Palin's personal life for a second they would see how successful she has been in AK.Afterall, we ignored Clinton's personal life because 'the economy was so great' All people do is rush to judgement based on a tabloid -like the library story or the cop who tasered his own son story - focus on the state of the state of Alaska instead of personal stuff

No matter what you think of Sarah Palin, she did endanger Trig's life by flying/driving from Texas to a small hospital in her hometown after her amniotic membranes were ruptured.

The Disney version of Palin is terrific. Unfortunately, that's not the version that was thrust upon us.

I agree, she was recklessly indifferent to the well being of Trig. I might actually think better of her had it been true she'd been covering for her daughter.

Like you, I'm not convinced there is a subject that she can wade into beyond ankle deep. If there are any, she's yet to reveal them. It'll be interesting to see how seriously she's taken heading into 2012.
