when i practice my handling, i do sets of 20 of that shit at :25 while tossing a tennis balll up and down, so not only do i not look at the ball, i dont focus on it either, cause im trying to catch the tennis ball while dribbling. it works. NBA players do it. I guarentee you will suck at it. Its real advanced stuff.

you gotta look at the opponent, and where your going.. you can look down sometimes, but the majority times you gotta look straight.
