I think it is a remix of his own tune. Usually, everyone refers to these as VIP mixes (I think), unless someone else exclusively remixs it for example, Total Science's Nosher has a VIP remix by Baron and DJ Craze so it's known as "Nosher (Baron & DJ Craze VIP Remix)", while Noisia's Facade VIP Remix is remixed by themselves and is just known as "Facade VIP". I hope that makes sense.
@burnthebassist maybe but a vip used to be a remix specifically for a dj back in the day, say for example in 1995 if roni size had done a mix specifically for dj hype it would be the dj hype vip of that roni size track. vip meaning very important person (dj hype being the vip dj therefore getting his own mix of a tune to show the realtionship between a top producer and a top dj).
vip in drum and bass means variation in production. in other words they fiddled about with the original a bit rather than giving it the full blown remix treatment. so when a tune is the dj hype vip or any other dj it just means the original was edited a bit for that specific dj.
