Another heart touching and memorable song from Badshah movie as well as King - Badshah of Music Directors duo Shanker Jaikishan. However this song is penned by Hasrat Jaipuri, who is equally good as his colleague Shailendra. Here I don't want to discourage Shailendra as one the best lyric writers, but Hasrat Jaipuri has written very good and memorable songs also. This is just my view point.

I am not in for any controversy about who of the two composed it. The song is great.yet according to BInaca Geetmala that played collection fo jaikishen after he died in memory played this as Jai's composition who was innovative with musical arrangements and walz beat and this song is just that....
