  • The last shot rocks to the max!! My jaws just dropped. To think that he dared to try it on a crucial match like this, with all the pressure on him. Lols.

  • What does it mean " play a billiard?" i thought he had to play the 3 not the 7 on the last match?

  • @younglife88 "play a billiard" is the same thing as carom; basically, it's contact on another ball from the cue ball after the CB rebounds from the hit on the first object ball. The last shot was a billiard shot because action on the cluster happened after the cue ball bounced off the 4.

  • Just like ESPN.....they skip a few games of the match......wish they wouldn't do that.

  • @TrickShot1100 remember corey duel and earl strickland were playing a couple feet away... the commentators have to keep up with other matches as well.

  • danny you suck

  • SVB is DA MAN!

  • 25:00 5ball so cool.

  • Im very good at 9 ball i have won a lot of tournaments even I won 2 tournaments in the rock casino Seminole I would like to try one of these , but I don't know where to go

  • @5250860 you can come to grand rapids and gamble some

  • yes parica got lucky to have the 9 positioned well to make that shot, but that shot must be played with perfect speed, english, ecc. He made the bank too in case he missed the 9 ball. And i like how he pulls out that great shot in a hill hill match to wins it and then he walks away like he lost the match lol

  • Time to go watch Pool Hall Junkies

  • 45:49 the secret to life right there people!

  • wow 59....dang!

  • very very good shot at the end parica.

  • why shane............... whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy !!!!!!! :(

  • @omega666ification shane for me is best talented player i ever see:)

  • @Pandush1 obviously u never seen efren yet.

  • good game

  • i like to see shane vs earl, but shane is a very great player

  • come on, the 9 was very easy there. he was just lucky, the 6 got where it was in the end

  • 12:42: Danny being creative in the booth is understandable but jesus...

  • Parica, over the weekend just won the Swanee Tournament @ Hollywood Billiards... how's that for "washed" up!

  • jose is a legend its just paricas washed up just like varner, hall, even earl strickland cant play with these young guys anymore ......pool has advanced so much. i work for kim davenport and if you look at all these big tournaments lately....hes the only older player still hangin and beating these kids

  • @lenmarchant

Ppl say the same thing about efren and archer and theyve been on another level here lately.

  • @lenmarchant I am interested in what you say. 'Pool has advanced so much'...In what ways and how? Equipment? Tactics? technique?

  • @lenmarchant Every player has there ups and downs, Shane was in the pool hall i play at. Playing in our tourny and saw him miss a nine, scratch on 2 nines... played horrible! its how the game goes!

  • i hope the commentator was joking about stricklands antics, that shit is annoying.

  • You're crazy if you think Parica is not skilled enough to take down SVB. The man is a legend...

  • the man WAS a legend.. I seen a bunch of sharking from him during this match. Real subtle but it's there.

Legends shouldn't have to do that.

  • for a person to be a legend it has to be because of what he has done in the past. Parica IS a legend. Sharking or no sharking, he is capable of beating just about anyone. I didn't see any sharking. Lol people use that excuse too much.

  • A bunch? Show me ANY.

  • Well Deserved Parica! I saw you play in Vacaville "Stix" years ago - glad to see your still at it. take care, -Davis

  • I don't know what his intentions were, but he doesn't have the skill set to take svb imo.

Race to 100, svb wins by 20 at least.

  • you're kidding right?

  • @parksat07 r u fucking kidding me its parica wr taalking about that guy started asian invasion in the us that guy is a legend b4 efren parica was was the no1 guy in the pihilippines back then.no one will beat thes guys in a longer races SVB IS just so green give him a decade more then maybe he will.this guys has been with the top players of the past and today they have witness it all been thr done that in arace of 100 for sure SVB wil crack.

  • @princekody Well if you've been keeping up with pool, SVB is open to pretty much all takers in these race to 100 sets.. if Parica was so sure of himself then i'm certain it would have already happened.

Don't forget what happened when SVB went to the pines last time... beat alcano, busty, efren, de luna and a few others im sure

  • @parksat07 im telling u this ive been a fan of pool 4 how many years now when it comes to long races and when the stakes r high svb has no chance of beating the top 5 filipino guys including the old ones which is efren django or parica.i understand ur point SVB is a good player but any pro pool player can beat anyone in short races.SVB is so young he have too much to learn he reminds me of the kid wu from taipei.do u ever wonder why almost ll top money pool players r filipino?.

  • @princekody you can say he has no chance, but fact is, the last time he went over to the filipines, he walked away with all their money.. he never lost one set and i'm pretty sure all the sets were at LEAST to 25.

Like I said, i'm quite positive those filipinos know that SVB is all about races to a 100.. but I have yet to see any of them step up to the plate and play in a big time TAR match.

The only one is efren at derby city I believe.. and it was only a race to 25

  • That ending was so sick

  • Comment removed

  • man, you rock. since youre such an ace, why dont you win the us open? oh wait, youre garbage.

  • You gotta love the ending... wow. what a shot!

  • I'm a very serious pool player and I appreciate these videos more then you know, I have them on while I'm playing to see how I match up in the pattern play and thought patterns they play.

I see them break and I lay the table out like the balls are on the screen, then I pause it and make decisions and then watch what they do, It's very useful. Thanks Dave Justine, Ohio

  • @justinebilliard wow commited.... are u in the pro circuit? just asking since u posted this comment 2 years ago. or joined any open compettion?

  • what a player!! class

  • Jose Parica: Great player/ class act.

  • Beautiful shot by the old master. It's all about experience.

  • Thanks Big Dave

  • why there isn't high quality:(??

  • Before we have Efren "Bata" Reyes, there's already Jose "Amang" Parica - The leader of "Filipino Invasion" in American Pool arena! :)

  • Amang!!!!!

  • thank you for the video!

  • Wow , great video . 46 minuts? How?

  • They pay. :P

  • Hehe , thanks :)

  • what a shot

  • That was awesome, man!

  • How about the last shot for trick shot of the day...

  • the last shot was spectacular, but it has to be said, the execution of that one technically wasn't as tough as other shots in the same match.

    nevertheless, fun to watch! :)

to me, the two shots at 03:10 (yeah, he intended it to be a safety tho it didn't turn out perfect) and 25:30 are the ones to learn from tactically from this match.

  • 25:30 was the best positional shot of the match I fully agree. I watched that one about 5 times ~ I couldn't believe it.

  • Great video!

  • killer shot he deserved that. dont get any better!!

  • Excellent last winning shot, great match to watch too.

    -k9!

  • jim wych should slash his wrists, not shane.

  • Shane should have won that

  • Haha

  • that's gotta be the most original shot to make the 9 ball i've seen. fantastic.

    great match, really enjoyed it.

    good stuff as always bclub.

ps. if it's possible could u plz post the strickland-deuel match sometime? :)

  • thats what separates the men from the boys...wow

  • WOW great shot from Jose!!!

  • Nothing tilts me harder than hearing "UH OH!" on every video

  • omg derek, i couldnt agree more lol.

    ffs, it's like a 9 year old commentating. :S

have u also noticed @ every succesfull bank shot he goes 'he must be from kentucky'. whatever that means.

apparently, if u can play bank shots u MUST MUST be from Kentucky o.O

    end of rant! :P

  • In Kentucky and also Chicago, bank pool is very prominent-- that is why he says that.

  • yes but he cant say on every bank shot "he is from kentucky" its annoying

  • Please don't give away "Hill Hill" action ij the title anymore...love the vids though!

  • I understand what you're saying about giving away details in the description, but this match is almost a year old and already well-known for how close it was and that winning shot.

  • Well, I did not know about it... :-)

  • I love pool and I love the Billiard Club youtube channel!

  • boy what a shot that last one, too bad there was a bunch of hacks missing there, but great match =D

  • too bad bclub videos arent hd...

  • only the Z2 predator shaft has a small Farrel, the 314's is the regular size

  • @kenprash

BULLSHIT. ALL PREDATOR SHAFTS HAVE SHORT FERRULES. BUT THE Z SHAFT IS SHORTER THAN THE 314.

  • wow that last shot was amazing, under all that pressure and he still manages that shot. amazing

  • wow

  • Is shane using a Schon with a predator 314 shaft? thanks btw:)

  • Nah,Predator shafts have short ferrules right?I think he plays with his mother's Schon with a Joss shaft. Not sure...

  • nice match!

  • great match. nice breaking from van boening. he really knows how to do it.
