Nice Training Video; but Sideways skating is very important especially for a Jammer! I can't count how many times I've seen a Jammer squeeze thru the Pack sideways....

what's the best way to get your feet to go sideways off skate, i have trouble opening them up to get them to go sideways. i will work on this! thanks for the video.
