yeah you can't do this cheese effectively anymore since the supply depot before rax patch, to be honest while fun, this is quite a sillly cheese. Even if you could still get a rax before depot, Force soooo nearly lost that reaper and most average players wouldn't have been able to do that micro in my opinion.

I think he was fighting an AI on an old version (where you dun have to build a supply depot before a barrack). If im the protoss, i would hide my probes to a safer location and wait for the stalker to come out, then i would go for the bunker repairer scv first before taking on the bunker. I think this rush is not that effective..

I don't really understand the point of proxying I must admit. The only thing it does is get your FIRST troops there a little bit faster, assuming you keep up constant production. If you keep producing, then your troops will be getting there at the same time. The only real thing to worry about with normal building placement is the reinforcements getting picked off on the way. That's just my take on proxies >_>

Also, he could have just killed your eco with the stalkers and his probes. He brings his probes so their safe from the reapers, and the stalkers take care of the reapers. If there is a maurader, the probes help to kill it.

Even though this is not working anymore, doing these kind of early rushes ( Cannon rush, 6pool etc ), will only get you so far.

Once you get into the higher leagues by doing this, people will have no problem fending it off and you won't be able to to anything because you rely on these super-early tactics.
