  • Here in Cali most Chinese are rude,Watchu want?as if u are about to have your last meal,then as you sit and start a conversation w/ your friend the food is coming on your table already,their service is fast and it taste fresh that you can't really say anything about their 'rudeness' cz in the end i always WOK away happy!

  • Even outdoors you can still breath in gas fumes and he is surrounded by alot of gas. HE should really wear a mask

  • @210482fmj I think you must come from a tropical country, don't you see the weather is cold when it film? the smoke even came from out from the people mouths and nose if you look carefully

  • @nsakcas THat is nothing to do with lpg fumes and you can still breath in lpg combustion fumes even outdoors. THe high heat causes the fumes to rise and you can breath in the vapours. SOme asian stir fry chefs use a surgeons type mask to filter out and prevent breathing in the fumes. AS you might know high heat stir frying also crates a huge amount of smoke.

  • From what i can gather i think you can make the burners produce yellow flames by adjusting the air venturi adjustment on the burner if it has that feature. YOu notice how indoor livingroom gas fire with real flmaes are always tuned to have yellow flames as it is less hot and does not damage the fire place surface. I think certain styles of stir frying actually require a yellow flame so it is less hot but still high output

  • This is more "street theater" than street food, in my opinon. Once the novelty of the seeing a man assert himself over ten woks at the same time wears off, the food must itself must carry the "show."

  • you notice the flames are yellow rather than the normal blue colour of gas burners. HOw do they achieve this? A yellwo flame is likely to be less hot. DO they want the flames yellow for a reason

  • i bet it wont taste good. cooking is not just about speed but quality too. you need to spend certain amount of time cooking them. its not use if its served fast but with poor taste.
