One guy got an 8x roll using the same trick and car, but dring the "do a 2x barrel roll" challenge. Me and him did the challenge, lickety-split, but the other few took about 10 minutes to do a double. And i had to look at the "8x" on the score board all that time. I dont have any of the cars so i couldnt do it, and i'm sure as shit not paying the value of the game just for additional content, fuck you criterion...
And it seems that at least half the people in a game are driving that goddamn GT Nighthawk! Its harder to take down even when the driver is absolute shit, and i dont like them getting those lucky takedown where they tap into you by accident and you inexpicably veer off the road and smash into the wall going 6 miles an hour. TAKEN DOWN! Aaaargh!
oh god i hate that shit. but the GT Nighthawk is ridiculously fun to drive, and i love the sound it makes when you're boosting haha. but all the bonus content that you've had to pay for has been totally worth it, PARTICULARLY the boost special cars. switchable boost? FUCK YES!
@maarc3D I agree (year old comment ftw ;) but we already bought the game, and they are jut going to make us eventually pay $80-$100 for one game? also thats a tricky way of making money, they just go and make a pixelized car real fast and get rich off it, really not fair....
microsoft screwed up and allowed the boost speacial and toy cars to be released on the day the legendary cars were. They were available for a few hours then stopped. anyone that bought them b4 they got taken away were allowed to keep them. PS3 sadly didnt screw up like microsoft.
