@jkaiser193 Actually I think first of all you should try to get a good valve combo/stack amplifier (you can get this cleans on a Fender, for example) and a Stratty-sound guitar, like Gary Arce does... The rest is just playing and modifying pots of your reverbs, delays, and this shit...
