well IMO i think they need to ditch the wildcat formation when they play Henne, Henne isnt use to that and it doesnt make much of a difference when he plays. If they just use him as a pocket passer with a strong center then Henne cant fire down the field at Ginn all day. If you were to have told me that Henne would be playing wildcat in the NFL while he was still in college i wouldnt have believed you, as well as them using Ginn for hooks and short passes
Yea like on that Jets game on Monday Night Football, that had nothing to do with beating the Jets, you know, expect for the 2 rushing td's, including the game winner, about 80 yards rushing, and the 21 yard pass. God, you know nothing about football at all.

Ginn is a lot faster than demps. As for the SEC speed, it's not exactly in their playmakers but rather their offensive and defensive line. And it's overrated because it was only tested against Ohio State when Ohio State had 2 years of bad offensive line, when Florida had to play Michigan it proved that SEC speed is a lot overrated. There's still a reason why the B10 has a better winning % over the SEC.

I agree, the very best wr's have great speed, size, and hands. I never said he had "blinding speed". My point is that ginn was a vertical threat out of college with great after the catch potential. He has not had a quarterback with the ability to take advantage of the deep threat. I'm not excusing his failings, only stating that he would build confidence and improve more quickly with a qb. who can throw the deep ball. Lets see if Henne can build any chemistry with him. Screens would help.

i no that its different..but im saying this off of 3 different experts, pros, etc. saying that they estimate off of his first world record run, then another off of his 2nd world record run..i definitely believe he runs below a 4.1 at at least. i think its not impossible. hes got to be running a -4.00 40-yarder to be running a 9.6 or faster 100 meter.

Not really, Ginn runs a 10.3 100m Dash in pads, some weird new technology released by the NFL does this.
The only person that comes close to that is Reggie Bush at 10.5 in pads.

The defense is the reason they lost. They couldnt cover or tackle a TE. Then got burnt for 50 yards on a screen pass. Ginn caught 11 balls for over 100 yards. And thanks for clarifying that Ginn is not that fast because he's fast, and other people are fast too. Great insight.

Pennington had a qb rating 0f 97.4, good for second in the leauge, behind only Peyton Manning. And this year Ginn has gotten worse, causing 2 losses for Miami. So shut the fuck up and smell the coffee beans. Ginn flat out sucks.

I agree with you. Ginn is a glorified punt returner and nothing else. Yes he is fast and at timed can make big plays down the field, but he is still an inconsistent WR. He is not a good route runner and does not catch the ball well. He'st a track star playing Wr. He drops way too many passes. In that Saints game, if he makes that catch. the momentum probably never shifts to the Sainrs, and the Dolphins might have won that game. Haha, they're even thinking about benching his ass.

Ginn is a lot faster than demps. As for the SEC speed, it's not exactly in their playmakers but rather their offensive and defensive line. And it's overrated because it was only tested against Ohio State when Ohio State had 2 years of bad offensive line, when Florida had to play Michigan it proved that SEC speed is a lot overrated. There's still a reason why the B10 has a better winning % over the SEC.

OK dude theirs 32 NFL Teams. Each team has a #1 receiver. Tedd Ginn is ours. So that means (statistically speaking) every team has a receiver better than Teddy. Even some back ups. Do you see a problem there? He may be just an average receiver, but why just shoot for an average guy. Wouldn't you want someone that can make big plays? I think it was a fumble for negative 20 yards and don't even try and say it was the coaching staff because they took our 1-15 team and helped take us to playoffs.
