I don't like comparing and stuff, but known rock's hopes are, in my opinion, Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes. However, Alex Turner is, at the moment, superior in solo performances to Julian. His lyrics are deeper, more poetic and in depht, Julian is awesome as well but tends to rely too much on the music effects and not his voice anymore, and it's a shame because he has such a great voice. You can only admire a discreet and talentued guy like Alex. Hats off mate.
