This was Freddie's final video. It was filmed in May1991, and he passed in November of 1991. The reason it's in black and white is to hide Freddie's gaunt appearance at that point. His diminishing stature is clearly visible anyway. Queen stopped performing live in 1986 due to Freddie's condition, so this song was never performed in front of an audience. Too bad, as it's a very good song.
