Search eBay or Google, I think I saw one for $25.

Search up a different vid if you wanna fix though. It's much easier to replace if you buy the whole compartment with the lens, rather than just the lens itself.

i watch dvds for long hours and the disc skips in one scene. Is anybody else experiencing this same problem where u watch for hours on a ps3 that the disc skips? I don't know if i watch for so many hours. I looked at the disc it looks like it's been melted. I watch Friends made by NBC i don't know if it's the disc that's cheaply made.

Why on earth would you put the disc half way in, it doesn't change a thing. I bought a new blue-ray reader module, exchanged it with the old one and it my ps3 works perfectly. And I didn't need to put the disc half way in. And for all you butterfingers out there, this isn't as difficult to do as it might look like.
