@cenetor69 Are you talking about whats in the picture? Its a talkbox - I bought one on craigslist for $60, not the same brand though. The one I got is called the rocktron banshee. I think I got a really good deal because I was lucky that this guy cared more about getting rid of things than the money. But I've seen others on craigslist going for $80-$100. Look up "talkbox" videos on youtube and see how cool this thing is. zapp&roger, peter frampton, joe walsh, CHROMEO <---FOR SURE!

This is an educational video, right? I think you should've focused more on ALL of daft punk's influences and their beliefs. Beliefs as in composing for yourself and not losing yourself in the star system. Just letting your music be what it is and let it move people or not. Compared to the above I just mentioned, Kanye would be the first thing to go. Now I do just so happen to like his music but him and daft punk just had a quick moment and nothing more. Overall, good video and music selection.

@stickmister321 they have not lost any kind of experimental feel. If by saying experimental genre then yes, I agree with you. You also have to keep in mind the kind of movie they were writing for. I don't think the majority of the scenes in that movie called for back beats, synthesizer riffs, and vocoder vocals. It was a completely different ball park and overall experimental for a movie soundtrack. You just have to view the situation from all sides.

I really don't like being an ass, but seeing all these people shower you with praise is annoying me a bit. Your narration is very choppy, and while pausing while speaking should be used in a narration, you over use it, and pause every few words. You used video clips that are too long at times (ex, the talkbox part, or technologic commercial). I can understand how a teacher born in the 60s or 70s could confuse this for A material, but in reality it's a B- at best.

People are still making new Classical music. It doesn't have sweeping melodies, in fact, it sounds closer to Daft Punk than it does to Classical Music of the past.
