  • Haha my brother fell in the creek today at baby beast where the double hills are.

  • totally wiped out in the same spot yesterday haha

  • there's hills in florida?

  • its an old overgrown phosphate mine.

  • Florida has some fantastic mountain biking. Most of the trails are built out of old mines. Plus we ride all year round.

  • Yes. not very big though.

  • ofcourse really big ones too there is a 60 foot cliff in the forest behind my house

  • You like to ride the brakes on the downhill...

  • ur a cautious rider! =D

  • sweet ride. those waters there have some nice cat fish.

  • This place is awsome except all the snakes! my friend ran over one but thankfully it was only a black racer!

  • This is video so BA. Thanks for posting it. I love trail, I ride it every day I can. (Except Wednesdays)

  • I just went out there today. i dont think that wood ramp is still there lol

  • awesome trail just got back from a mb race there, been going there every week after i first went there

  • great vid cant wait to drive up there someday and ride that!

  • Cool Vid!

  • hey i play baseball at carter road park in lakeland, fl and my team name is the tampa bay rays!!!!!!

  • Really nice singletrack trail. Awesome!

  • i went today... i live like 10min away from there.. its an awsome place to ride

  • I love Carter rd park... you went to GJHS didnt you? if you ever see me out flyin my rc heli stop by!

  • damn that's real wild

  • awesome to see trails on here that i used to ride so often. As much fun as i had at carter and alafia there is nothin that can compare to bikin in sedona and flagstaff, AZ. Good job on the vid!!

  • looks like an ok easy single track...if u want to ride more technical climbs and ride down rocks garden decents and all...go to markham park in sunrise or oleta river in miami

  • rollercoaster(first run)is at the top of a finger run...old mine, trail drops WAAAY down on either side into water...with gators!

  • I'm considering a 2007 Coil ex for myself. What do you think of the 07's?

Keeping in mind that I'm 220lbs (hopeing to get down to under 200).

And since I'm 38, the riding won't be too extreme, but occasional beginner freeriding levels, maybe advancing to novice trails when I can get to them.

It should hold up, ya think?

  • I haven't seen much of the 2007 model but I have heard good things. When I was riding the diamondback I ranged from 200-215 lbs and never had a problem with hitting the bottom of the springs.

  • who is the artistes of the two songs in your vid?

  • At first I thought, great trails! Then I saw all the water, saw that this was in Florida and thought.....alligators???

Is that a problem in that area? Cool video btw.

  • On that part of the trail, in that water, there is a 14ft gator called big mama. There are many times our ride gets stopped due to gators laying on the trails. You just have to jump them, turn around, or go around em.

  • So you know how tired you can get after the fingers then right! Haha, I was so whooped, looks like I am going in slow motion there at first.

  • live there...ride there....awesome....

  • Heh....I go down that trail every weekend! ^_^

  • I have to try that...

  • like mine, the best bicycle i ever had, enjoy it, extreme mountain rules!!!

  • 2004 at that.. haha.. I love those anti snake bites, greatest rims ive had.

  • the bicycle...a diamondback coil ex 7005? antisnake bite wheels, deore shimano cassette and shifter, disc brakes, aluminium body..
