Meh, try driving one in real life, the ones at work don't go that fast, well some do, but they have been messed with, workin at good ole fedex express. gets the job done, they sure as hell can haul though.

This is just a bug in SA. It also happens when you pull a truck with the tractor and make a turn. It will go crazy and send the truck flying.

I used a vehicle spawner to get the trailers. Then i attached the trailers by pushing them together on foot.
