Congrats for that! We also live with a cavalier tricolor in Slovenia > Dolenjska > Trebnje. His name is Lord and has 5 months. His a smart boy, knows 3 tricks but now you gave me quite a few ideas for new ones. Thanks for the inspiration! You two rock!!
You should teach people via youtube how to learn dog a trick.
A-MA-ZING! And such a beautiful dog too. Congrats on doing such a great job in training. We thought we had a lot of tricks for our Cavalier. We got a lot to go! Thanks for the inspiration. God bless!
Hi Petra - thanks very much for your reply. Appreciate it! Would it be a good option to get a spacious kennel and put it in our back garden? Or jus leave her in the living room? What do you think? Any suggestions?
I have kennel for Iris. When I'm not at home, I leave her there. But only when it's warm (not in winter etc.). I also have an internal kennel, when I leave her, when it's too cold outside. She also sleep there. Iris can be in living room, kitchen etc. only when we're at home.
Question for you - We're thinking of buyin a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and wanted to know if its ok to leave my dog at home for 9 hours? We both work and at the same time would love to have K Charles as our FIRST PET! Please let me know.
Nice that you're thinking of buying a CKCS. They are such amazing dogs. And I think that there won't be any problems if you leave it alone for 9 hours. Iris can easily spend 9 hours alone, but she has her own place where she is when we are not at home.
Wonderful job! It´s always nice to see good training and you are a great trainer. Just look at your happy dog. That´s what training is all about. Kudos to you and keep up the good work!
Pozdravljena!

You and Iris make an excellent pair!! Well done!
Mine is 4yrs and coming along nicely with her training. How much time do you spend teaching Iris a particular trick?

It's different for each trick..some of them are quite easy and we don't spend a lot of time to learn, but some of them need more time..
