1.You need to hire brighter people.In all of your videos the lack of attention to customer service from your employees cost you money.
2.It's apparant your employees aren't saving you money, they're costing you money.Hire security guards if you can't/won't demand the proper customer service from your employees.
3.By the size of your shop you should ALWAYS have 1 cashier and no less than 2 people on the sales floor at ALL times.Look at your own video,not a floor employee in site.
