  • Hi Rachel,

I'm so glad I found your channel, you have alot of great skincare advice. I'm suffering from adult acne, going to see a dermatologist next week and will ask him to do a hormone test.

  • Good luck convincing your doctor to run any kind of blood/hormone tests if you have acne... in my experience they just don't see it that way and just put you on antibiotics.

  • Celiac disease goes much further than being "sensitive to gluten".... gluten in general is detrimental to our colons and it's safe to say that a lot of people are sensitive to its effects and just haven't linked the two- celiac disease however, covers a broad spectrum of side effects that a basic sensitivity wouldn't - most of which are far worst than the occasional breakout...

  • Are you a dermatologist? Or do you just enjoy skin care? :)

  • I've been taking Evening Primrose Oil and Biotin for a couple months now and aside from a complete change in my skincare routine, I think taking those vitamins have helped my skin so much.

  • Favorited. This video is one of the most helpful acne-fighting ones I have seen on ALL of YouTube. I have loved your videos for ages but this has made me love them even more! Thank you SO much! <3

  • I have celiacs disease and I really only break out on my cheeks. I always wondered why I broke out so severly even though I take really good care of my skin. I have alot of food allergies, so there's no doubt in my mind that that's what's causing my acne.

  • What is your occupation?? you know so much!
