  • Chico lives!!

  • Not quite a matched set. The first three are GP60A & 2 GP60Bs all made by EMD. The last one is Dash8-40BW made by GE.

  • @youngwarrior2, yes, it's true, the power is not perfectly matched. But the ABBA scheme with the A units pointing the correct direction at each end is something that's quite rare.

  • two slugs, cool I would not calli it an ABBA

matched set more like a ASSB set

  • Those are not slugs, but powered B units.

  • thanx for the info.

  • Sweet find! I love the paint schemes of Santa Fe!

  • ATSF will live on forever.

  • Long live ATSF!!! Best railroad imo to ever operate in the US! Love this consist of a GP60M, GP60B's and a dash 8-40BW. LONG LIVE ATSF!

  • Que raro que las GP60 fueran por la ruta del Tehachapi. Las habían asignado al Cajoon Pass por el tema de patinaje. LAs titulares para la ruta del rulero eran las 8-40BW, como la última. Excelente el video.

  • Spectacular! I've only seen seperate GP60MAs and Bs

  • I was lucky to catch something like this at Cajon in the early 90's. It was a great sight to see in person.

  • this video would've had a higher view count if the last engine was a GP60M. Otherwise this is awsome & we probably wont be seeing this for a long time

  • Wow, that's cool to see!

  • Accualy the last unit is a B40-8W, but an awesome catch none the less.

  • excellent observation!
