His English is really ugly.. On the other hands, those taboos are not still valid. Turkey experienced many issues since the foundation of republic. Turkey is not the same of 1923. And I read the book of Akcam. the book literally consists of manipulations of documents and archives.

@amdane You are a real irony. You said Turkey is not the same and suddenly you accuse Taner Akcam. If something was changed you should have said that taner akcam is right and Turkey will apologize for the unfortunate events.

mr Akcam did you leave from Turkey or escape? you are kurd and you try to divide Turkey and you are now the side of Turkish enemy,really do you belive the so called armenian genocide,i don't think so ,only and only you intent to harm Turkey,you are a poor man and puppet..

It's pity that you label everyone who dares to speak the truth about the Armenian Genocide, as enemy, trator or terrorist. As far as Akcam, I think most of the sane people regard him as a very highly reliable academician. And yes, I read that he had to choose between leaving Turkey or face the possibility of sharing the fate of those who side with truth instead of the myth the Turksih state has been feeding its citizens.
