To answer the question correctly: I don't have a tab for the slide part. I have learned it by watching the sydney DVD.

And I'm using tabs too by the way ;-)

For me it is more than a hobby, and you don't have to spend $10000 for a good sound: Epiphone with vintage PUs, Boss CS3, DM4 for Overdrive, TC Nova Delay, Vintage Vox or Fender Amp = $2000

I have a PODHD myself, and the sound makes a difference. THe original sound of a SDD3K or a TC Delay is still unreachable.

an equipment of $ 10,000 that could be easily replaced by a POD 550 .. because after all we are amateurs and not the edge. You spend all this money on gadgets because you can or you really think that makes a difference in final result? I have listen several tests with POD HD 500, M13, Axe FX and others and I see no advantage in its all original setup. so my my point is why??
