  • you are wrong, you should not take the protein directly after training, because the body will only make the protein into energy and therefore you are only wasting protein. Just eat a meal with both carbs and protein when you get home and take the protein shake as a supplement. what your body need directly after training is carbs actually and then you can ingest the protein once your body has got the carbs.

    Make sure u do abs exercises regularly otherwise u might get mass in ur belly

  • @ajazaad not true, you will get belly fat from poor diet choice. doing abs wont do anything if you have a layer of fat in front. Infact the belly might even look bigger because the ab muscles will push the stomach out.

    Acesulfame potaasium? they still have that? is that the same as sucralose? I think they have stopped that . Either way they are bad I don't like stevia either.....

Bench Press 7 sets * Flys 7 sets * Standing Barbell Press 5 Sets Seated Barbell Press 5 Sets Lateral Raise 3 sets Barbell Curl 5 Sets * Bent over rowing 5 sets * Barbell shrug 5 sets * dumbbell press 4 sets * seated dumbbell curl 5 sets * dumbbell triceps curl 3 sets * (*) sets go up every month starting next month.
