This woman is just so perfect and so underrated. When I was an adolescent my dad used to get me into a suit and take me to the Playboy club. (He knew Hef.) This song takes me right back to the live concerts they used to have there in the 60's and 70's. This group could have been a huge hit back then; they came along thirty years too late. I'm glad we have them now though. Their music made things easier for me when I lost my great Love.

I've always liked swing out sis however catching up to them today wasn't such a treat as the songs seem a bit watered down even more than before, possibly more fitting as elevator music.I noticed that the hooks just aren't there now so songs seem forgettable..either way, I'd see them live as they are quite talented. I did have the chance to hear the whole CD on the internet and i was very very good. I didnt have an MP3 on hand soo i couldnt down load. if i have the $ i would get my self an MP3 player and down load every toon they have. I have never seen them in concert and would love to se them. Got the first 4 album on tape years ago but the tapes a worn out soo i would like to get all their cds instead. I have never known that there are so many loyal fans out there. I recently bought this CD. It's just incredibly fabulous. EVERY single cut is happening. She is truly very special vocal artist. The whole thing is just dripping with ambiance. Andy Connell has, once again, given her fantastic music to work with - the songs are fantastic. Corinne Drewery has once again delivered that magic...her fabulous, gorgeous voice. At least three of the songs should be going "straight to the top"(mega-hits).

For those of you who had the privilege of seeing Swing Out Sister in their tour of Philippines or Japan I have this to say--LUCKY! ONLY time I had EVER seen SOS (Swing Out Sister) was a Spring 97' appearance at the Virgin MegaStore in San Francisco. I was one of the few lucky bastards who got close enough (second line of people in a huge crowd) to witness Corrine's soulful, zesty voice and Andy's sharp playing on keyboards. They were promoting Shapes & Patterns, and sang "Sowhere In The World"

I don't agree with the attitude in this comment. I love SOS. But they did seem to lose some of their steam after the 1992 album, "Get in Touch with Yourself." They have a more subdued, less energetic style now compared with their first three albums. A lot the later songs do sound alike.
