  • This girl looks really inexperienced. She kicks every time she posts and she was kicking with her inside leg for canter!

  • @PrincessPurple1313 You're right, I was really inexperienced back then, the video is 4 years old. If I remember right, tt was the second time in my life that I was cantering :)

  • das schmeckt mir sehr gut!

  • That was a BEAUTIFUL, good-looking horse!! :D

  • SHE SAID NOT To COMMENT ON RIDIND!

  • pull back and ceep pulling back and do not stop

  • this cantering could go a bit sooner and why is there a strage man talking in the background really disapointing

  • beautiful horse! Horseriding is so diffult! Last week I had my second lesson and I still don't get the hang of trotting, it's hard!

  • When I did my first lesson, they taught me how to trot, post, get on and off and putting the bride and saddle on and all that. Trotting in my class was more violent lol, and my instructor to me to stand up more. Yours is more smoother, keep it up! I just started riding Saturday and I am addicted!

  • such a pretty horse! love the markings!

  • wow great riding!

  • ---- Please Read ---

Guys Please help read this - Iv'e always been great in every single way ,but in the end when I need to canter I always get in trouble because I dont know how to stop the horse and he keeps speeding up how is it possible to slow him down? because each time I pull the reins the horse goes even more wild and yeah I almost fell that after the lesson every one came around asking thats how much I failed ,any Tips Please PST!!

  • @q8Pally In order to start cantering you need to push the horse with one leg (as giving a signal to trott) and move your second leg more to the back of the horse. If you push the horse with your both legs in the same position it thinks you want it to speed up.

  • @q8Pally Ride in a large circle, gradually spiralling into the centre. Your horse will be forced to slow down as he/she gets closer to the middle and the circle becomes smaller. You can then control your horse! :) Hope this helps

  • @hamishjim No the field is rectangular shaped, so every one will be standing in a long line in the middle and one of us goes around twice then parks in the middle so others have space to flow around again..

  • @q8Pally Some horses tend to go faster when you pull the reins. It depends on the horse really. If you can get to the canter and when you try and slow down by pulling the reins and he goes faster, try loosening the reins a small bit and lean a tiny bit back.. It's hard to get the hang of straight away but I know I've had this problem with a few horses and once you get the hang of it it's easy :)

  • @q8Pally Try a one rein stop where you pull one rein so the horse goes in a tight circle and he has to sslow down. ;) works like a charm

  • @K882011 Thxss!! <3 Ill Try it after going to my next lesson and give u feedback after I Canter <3

  • @K882011 OMG!! it actually worked! today my lesson was such a fail I got the big tough horse he was acting like a bull the whole lesson just tried to pull the rope to the right after that Run like a total freak jumping trying to drop me down so I pulled 1 direction and yeah slowed him down that gave me the chance to pull both and stop him anyways had to pull my horse and only enjoy half of the lesson coz of the horses rage... <3

  • @q8Pally Great! except the part where you got a horse that acts like a bull . . .

  • i am going to take horse lessons riding english very soon, i am soo excicted:)

  • U seemed unbaanced in your canter. You need to focuss on your balance and how you hold your reins. Looked like you were trying to turn the horsethe other way. Good try though.

  • beautiful horse

  • tbh i dont know why u r gettin bad comments on how to ride! ur a very natural rider ur canter seat is very nice :)

  • r u guys Polish? cause Agnieszka is a polish name :)

  • @polanadiangirl I'm Polish, the others are German.

  • @fram3work it's not that we criticize, it's that we give tips to make her a better rider! Sorry if you take it that way. Its supposed to be positive, not negative

  • I think you ride great. Thats a nice looking horse too

  • relax your back in the sitting trot! If your going to canter a horse, learn how to control it and stop yanking the reins!

  • relax your back in the sitting trot!

  • Keep ur heels down

  • heels down

  • That's a beautiful horse! And you don't look bad at all! Of course there are things you can improve on, but thats true for every rider! Even the highest level riders have their weak points. Keep up the good work and good luck with your riding aspirations!! : )

  • why do you keep kicking him? he's gonna end up not respinding to your kick

  • @72david72lp some horses you need to kick like she is, i know the horse im riding needs to be kicked all the time.

  • Haha! Love the little crow hop at 2:39-ish.

  • Is it just me or is the instructor talking in like japanese?

  • Enjoy........14+

    /watch?v=rI2v31F1DS8

  • My riding academy dosent allow bike helmets! Not to be Mean or anything

  • NICE HORSE!

  • one stero type i hate about riding is they think we are all cowboys and go yeehawww

  • I rode my first horse by myself yesturdsy and trotted, u were great! I kept bouncing up and down and I'm so sore now!

  • @TheLadyHavoc ...It's obviously common practice at this riding school and not the choice of the riders as all the horses are wearing side reins. The riders look like they're solid enough to be able to ride in a martingale.

  • Comment removed

  • sehr gut ! Cheeky little buck there.

  • i noticed the girls boobs were bouning. i have that same problem but my boobs are small so they dont have sports bras with cups in them with my size so someone invent them!!!

  • hi, watch the best horse ever in my chennel , his name is " Varenne"

  • Awh! the little kid in the bike helmet :D

  • hahaha very pretty horse!!! and haha he did not want to go...reminds me of...me! haha

  • your a excellent rider and your horse is gorgeouss.

  • the black and white pinto looks like a horse at my barn. his name is Freedom (i think lol xD)

  • Cute horse! And, you look good up in the saddle. Damn good! I'm not referring to your riding, but you yourself.

  • Nice ballance ! But you need your heals down a little more :\ but besides that great job -3

  • Why is every horse wearing side reins to position their heads? I thought you were supposed to learn how to ride the horse not be a passenger. Side reins are a training tool for the horse. Not really for riders to take lessons in, teach them how to use their reins....

  • your a good rider i dont see why people would say you were bad. and your horse is very cute

  • nice you go girl!

  • WOOW you ride very good, the horse looks lovely LOL

  • You have very good balance and posture and a VERY VERY VERY VERY beautiful paint as in like hes cute if he is yours or not! haha but i would love to have him.

  • i just started riding and I think your the best!

  • beautiful horse! good job too(;

  • beautiful horses!

  • love your horse also its tail soooooo pretty

  • Heres a few tips, your leaning too far back when you sit trot so try being a little bit straighter and around the corners your tugging on the horse mouth too much, also, try to stay a little bit more in the seat when the horse start cantering. : )

  • Wow your good [= Very good at staying close to the wall! That's hard for me, even though I've been riding for two years... I'll do it though, your my inspiration =]

  • I can hear the camera zooming in and out;]

  • that horse is so beautiful.

  • idk y but if i had a black and white horse i would name him or her mooo :p lol

  • Do people come on youtube just to look up other people riding and to crticise them? I'm sure people who try to correct others about riding can't be very good riders themselves. Riding is about gaining confidence and going a step further each time you ride.

  • @fram3work

Thanks for the comment, sometimes I ask myself how good riders are the people who are telling me what I was doing wrong 3 years ago ;)

  • @MrsSander Your horse is really pretty. Your a really good rider from i see if that was 3 years ago i dont know why people are criticising you. Ive been riding since i was 3

  • @fram3work Well said. (:

  • @fram3work ya i agree but its all so on being saf to you and the horses. the onlyu thang i would say is eas up on the ranes a little. she dos this beter then most girls but sence she hadent i guess ridden that much she was still a bit tenc

  • @fram3work maybe people correct from their own mistakes ??

  • @vibratingdounut What?....

  • @fram3work i look it up to get pointer on how to do a better trot or canter but mainly canter atm because ive just started it

  • what kind of lazy ass is that he should be standing

  • do you ride in germany... i speak german actauly im in germany right know visiting my grandparents i am close to manhiem. were going skiiing, how did you learn english

  • Feet are WAY to far in the stirrups. But good

  • them trainers *shakes head in disappointment

  • i just think you might want to not use your legs so much as you may be densensitising your horse. just saying . but really good.

  • ur a great rider the person talking tho was makin me giggle so bad tho lol

  • ur a really good rider :D

  • Okay no comments about the riding, fair enough, however the instructors really SHOULD be in the arena with you. That's just lazy!

Also have to mention how scarily close you guys ride to the walls

  • i always find this funny but its always like the persons pelvic thrusting XDD

  • you didnt even canter

  • Ur a really good rider! I LUV the horse ur ridng....very beautiful markings!! :D

  • stop flapping your legs around!!!

  • I love cantering, its kind of hard on a pony though >.<

  • shuldent yr teacher be in the ring with u

  • im a professional caterer

  • nice riding:) just like meXD

  • you guys did great! haha he looked great for a 1 and a half year old! my horse is more messy and he's 15!

  • @dancerandhorserider I think she means the video is 1.5 years.....its kind of abusive & not correct to be riding a 1 year old horse, & it would look way younger! :P

  • your doing really well!

  • du bist in deustchland! haha. that horse is very pretty, and you're riding wasn't bad =]

  • well done u should be proud i did that for the first tiem ealier this morning first time i got moved up to the blue ride and its hard so well done :)

  • Love the horse....

  • very good job:) better than me!

  • Nice horse

  • great job

  • boniee horse adorable x

  • Awsome I just started cantering it is so fun

  • I LOVE Cantering on Horses!!!!

Horses pretty much take over my life!! (:

  • I love how even though we speak different languages and live in different places, horseback riding can bring us together. Here we are, talking about horses and riding, understanding everything that's going on even though there's not a word that's English or Spanish. Its so amazing really.

BTW you're a great dressage rider!

  • is every one wearing draw reins

  • If you have to be kicking your horse every time you sit down in trot you should really use a crop! And I think that your horse is not going very fast because you are leaning back WAY to much, especially in your canter!

  • @SugarAndSpiceLover She mentioned that this was one her first canters and that this is a very old video. :] Just thought I'd point that out.

  • @Janaeselene Oh sorry, I didn't read that part...I am not a person who says that you cannot do something...I was just trying to suggest things to make her a better rider. But sorry if it was your first time...

  • thats perfect!

  • @xoAllieGator21xo ye it is

  • black and white paints are my favorite. so pretty.

  • her horse is REALLY slow

my horse, Indie's trot is about as fast as most horses' canter

  • thats good, but when you trot you shouldent have to kick every time you come down, if hes really slow like that you should probley get a wip. good luck :)

  • @shewastoday ive only just started riding but thats what my instructors all tell me, else all the horses ive ever ridden (well actually ponies LOL) all walk if I dont do that!

  • i thinkk yourr canters really nice :)

  • wow, u are an awesome rider! beautiful horse!

  • muy bien!!!

    VERY GOOD!!! lol :):):)

  • well done x

ur a gr8 rider just keep ur back up and u will b cantering round in no time x

  • yes i agree, youre an exellent rider lovely horse, keep your back up or it will get bent .... you finally go into canter!

  • i think you a great rider but i do agree with BrunetteBabeeeeX

  • cool me and my pony can canter circles and jump you were very good for being on that horse for a second time

  • Mbotyey donge grën ma, ay kây. Mat ay, Larasunbeam. Shrrehü ay ma sáip. Má bundang strênge ma. Un ay wakï twa. Un horse dartü ay deis!!!! Porvavour. :)

  • Vêry ghöd, ay treę, ay dõn listèh õf vertyh thêy masht ay. Okji wêtr thryrd!!!! :D

  • @dxh30 ur a stupid arragant little cow u should not insult Atrue horsey people bcos u look like a big wannabe which u are so i suggest u leave this girl alone and keep ur nasty comments to yourself and dont blab about it to real horsey people

  • wooow u made urself lookn fuckn dumb there lol didnt say ne thing bout her riding i was talkin about ppl argueing on here so get ur facts straight lol or jus stfu up if u ask me she is a good lil rider, n iv ben around horses my whole life sorry bitch dnt talk shit if u dont kno. :)

  • i ride a horse that looks identical to that horse he called jake,, but he jumps into canter and the 1st time i rode him i got really scared but i was glad coz i dint even fall off ! :S x

  • i canot keep my heels down to save my life and arethey in germany or summin ;/

  • you know when the horse first starts to canter thats just a small buck some horses do that kick out when they first go to that canter

  • Lean foward a bit more so your back is straight. Therefore, you can get more balance :)

  • ich finde das sieht echt gut aus ;) nur beim durchparieren darfst du nicht so weit nach vorne fallen.. weiter so!

    lg

  • this is a great well put togther video and i love your horse.

  • To be honest, I think you rode really well, you have a good posture and you keep yourself in the saddle as well as keeping your horse under control; although I am no one to judge yourself, positive feedback from me :)

  • Side reins???? While riding??? Otherwise good job

  • Comment removed

  • you have to try and keep you bum in the saddle when cantering, sit up straight and heals down

  • the laces are called schooling reins they keep the horse from swinging their head and keep it in proper position

  • Okay, thank you ^^"

  • u are very good, and a beautiful horse! GO CHECK OUT MY VIDEOS! I HAVE ONE OF ME HRSEBACK RIDING, ITS A VIDEO RESPONSE TO THIS ONE! PLEASE, I WILL HAVE MORE RIDING VIDEOS COMING! (: ps. srry bout the caps lol

  • ur very good ...and OMG THE HORSE YOUR RIDEING LOOKS LIKE THE ONE I RIDE CHECK OUT MY VIDS HES IN IT LOL ill subscribe now...

  • there are so much people here who give their comments how to ride a horse..and i am sure that even these persons aren't that perfect as they think they are at all..

so please calm your comments down..i mean in this video it is obvious that the poster is in LESSONS..that means she is LEARNING..so what more can she do???

  • Great job!

Excellent posture and good job keeping him under control.

  • Mmmmmm...... in this video you held your reins to high on the canter, if your still doing that, word of advice, relax your hands and bring them down before you start cantering

  • thats awesome! i wish i could do that with my paint! little buger always has his head up! lol gr8t job!

  • beautiful horse - i had one just like it once. and great riding.

    all the best.

  • Your trainers should really be in the ring not sitting on their butt.....

  • @Shiftx1 Agreed! What if the horse (s) started misbehaving. and she got hurt then what?! lol

  • @Shiftx1 i no right, I hate lazy ass instructors

  • my gosh I feel so bad for you! That horse really didn't want you on him. I saw him try to buck when you were going into a canter, but you did a good job getting him under control!

  • No offence, but that instructor was very annoying.

  • Oh my gosh i have a black and white paint too! I don't ride english but if i even tried i couldn't ride half as good as you. :) You are great exspecially for the second time on that horse!!!!!!

  • awesome vid where do you ride?

  • beautiful horse!!

  • I dont think your doing bad at all.... you shoulda seen me post for the first time LOL! XD that was funny.

  • @TobianoPaint same with me lol i was so bad at posting on my first day.

  • @TobianoPaint i was pretty funny too. i looked rediculus cuz i kept on posting on the wrong diagnal so i let myself bounce around for a couple steps so i could get back into the rhythm.

  • @TobianoPaint same here XD

  • A) Let the 1.5 year old grow up, seriously you're not doing ANY good.

    B) Why why why would you ever use side reins while riding. Did it ever occur to you thats practically TRYING to go ass over tea kettle.

    C) What is going on w/ the chain barriers? Can we say dangerous.

  • the vid is 1.5 yrs old not de horse

they look like bunges its to make the horse work better bt still allow thehorse more movement the chains r just to seperate the arena areas and would only be as dangous as the elitric tape

  • Okay what if i said ride better, don't use side reins? hmm wow what an idea.

  • it is to help the horse not de rider

  • So since when is helping the horse not the riders RESPONSIBILITY.

Using side reins while RIDING is irresponsible and bad training. It doesn't make the horse work their back, or teach the rider how to supple a horse.

  • it is the riders responsibility bt if u hav a horse like mine that wont work his head down it helps a lot andalso de rider may not own de horse or be in charge of wat goes on de horse

  • No. wtf your reasoning is ludicrous.

  • ok im not argueing wit u any more its a persons own choose not urs ok

  • akemi908, i completly agree, side riens really earn't being used appropriatly here, its just creating a false out line and sense of security for the rider which will be lost as soon as they come off...

  • All these comments are the blind leading the blind.

  • your great!! iam learning to trot off the lead line because am Quarter leasing my 3 ponys. iam riding with 0 parents there! any way your a wonderful rider again.

  • it took you ages to get into canter, but you kept him going for ages! yesterday, i was in a canter and my horse instantly stopped to stick his head in some grass... i was around his neck, but it was fun!

  • whoo, u got a little bucking action when u first started cantering.

  • good riding mindd :) x - i go horseriding, and ivr only been riding forr about 5 months :) x

  • You guys should look up some natrual horsemanship.... some people ride with nothing but a string hanging around the horses neck...if your a beginner I stronly suggest you look at this aspect of riding and the strain normal riding puts on a horse. I wish id have looked at it before I started riding...Try Nevzorov Haute ecole

    xx

  • I bought a standy who still paced as my first horse, a year latter, and I still have him. He doesn't pace.

He actually stands still to mount, walk, trots and canters when you say the word.

    He has turned out great!

  • Nice you ride and beautiful horse! :)

  • ya loping/cantering is soo fun...........if you can keep your horse slow enough its actually not any faster then trotting, but it's funner to go fast.........the first time i ever loped on a horse, she fell down :( lol,....but its like my favourite thing to do now :D...........cute horse too

  • you have a great seat ;)
