There are other sentences that do not make sense to me the way you translated them but it is ok. This one that I just corrected, on the other and, is very important because thats the meaning of the whole song, esta es la idea, el verdadero significado de la cancion pues aparentemente ella solia tomar y ahora no necesita beber alcohol para disfrutar de la vida.

I think your translation is very good, but the main part of the song, the real meaning was not translated properly. When she says BUT HOW DO I FEEL THIS GOOD SOBER she means PERO COMO PUEDO SENTIRME TAN BIEN ESTANDO SOBRIA and you wrote in your translation: como hago para sentirme bien sobrio, this means something totally different. According to the song, she used to drink but she doesnt do it anymore, she is amazed by the fact that she doesnt have to drink to enjoy life, or the party.
