I totally agree about being able to communicate with your patients is a big part of being a dentist. I see how how that would be crucial if you want to succeed in dentistry. From experience, I've had lousy dentist's that have no communication skills what so ever, and a lot of times I've felt insulted in many ways. I've switched dentist's a couple of times because their lack luster speaking skills. You made some great points in this video, my friend. Thanks for sharing!
