  • i don't know why some people fear beeswax. its natural. its from bees and it makes hair grow.

  • bee wax as in honey?

  • no, beeswax as in beeswax. 2 totally different things.

  • Very informative. Thanks for sharing :)

  • TOO CUTE

  • I use the Murreys beeswax on my edges too. But i use the black one.

  • very cute style!

  • Your hair is gorgeous!

  • I AM LOVING this Style!! I wish I could use some inexpensive Suave....too many 'negative' ingredients. I'm finding my hair is loving more natural stuff.

  • What are some of the natural stuff you are using?

  • Suave is great for permed hair too. When I was permed I would get the orange and milk one and mix honey with the conditioner. Made my hair sooo soft and strong and shiney.

  • LOVE the do!

  • Girl yes...I loves that Fantasia IC Gel! It is the bomb.

  • all of these r available at family dollar store

  • inspiring :)

  • Your hair is too cute! Loving the style.

  • Your hair looks so healthy and full of life.

  • Loving your hair style...I'll be trying that.

  • Thank you!!!

  • Your hair is super cute!

  • Very cute hair style.

  • Have you tried Aubrey Organics? I bought some yesterday from a Natural Product store, here in GA, and I love it. I also ordered Oyin, almost 3 weeks ago, but it is yet to come in to me yet. I also use the "S curl activator." It is not too greasy and it can define some curls. It is a good moisturizer, too!

  • You know I really want to try the Aubrey Organics line but whenever I pass it in whole foods I dont get it, I dont know why. I am going to get the honey suckel rose cond next time. I am always looking into oyin and I plan on getting the frank juice and the grand poo bar. let me know what you got and you reccomend ;)

  • Thanks! Are you into journalism? You have a great voice, range and tone. I could so hear that voice on t.v. Thanks for the shout out and compliment. Too cute! Your natural hair videos are so awesome.

FYI: My videos were rated low once because I did not use "natural" products. Who cares, it's my NATURAL hair, and not whoever did not like it!

At any rate, I love your hair and it is soooo curly. I think we may have the same hair type!

  • I have never been told that b4, no I am into medicine. Forget who dosent like your vidz. I like them and you look like a model so let them hate. I use what I like on my hair I try to get natural but they tend to be more expensive so I use what works.... Yay hair twins ;)

  • There are times when I want to quit teaching and model. I am getting older, too. Maybe one day, I will at least be more persistent with it. Thanks, sweetness!

  • Just FYI. I found out Suave has Silk amino acids which is "protein". But I still love it and use it everyday.

  • You are very right cyoohoos most conditioners contain some hydrolyzed protein which help the "reconstructing properties". But suave as I said is not rich in protein. Protein rich conditioners if used too much or left on the hair cause the hair to feel dry and hard. It can also lead to damage and breakage. Great researching on your part. It will pay off in long healthy hair ;)

  • Thank you for these great videos. I have a TWA too, but I'm clueless when it comes to styling. I'm going to flat twist the sides tonight.

  • thanks for the video

  • You look fantastic!

  • Your hair is always so nice, I love it!

  • thank you curlmebella, I love your hair 2!

  • thank you for this video im a pj trying to curb my spending habits. im going to try the braid spray when some of the other things i have are gone.and i love your hair you have alot of good ideas. take care and god bless

  • Heyyyyy ... thanks for the shout out... As Usual I am lovin ur hair & ur creativity... and I will have to go out and get some more products... girl u should see my bathroom... I think I will definitely try the beeswax... thanks so much for the advice... be good until the next chat...

Great Video... by the way.... I am sending this one also to my new natural friend and one more friend that just had her big chop... YEAHHHH...

    :)

  • Your hair is cute and growing fast.I just did my second Big Chop!

  • Yeah, that's what I said but my hubby says it's growing slow. I dont know what he's on? Maybe he expects it to just come streaming down my back like a weed, lol.

  • I love this its so cute! I use my coconut condish from suave in rotation with my more expensive condishes. I tried flat twisting the front of my hair nuh uh my hands werent having it. I have enough hair I think in the front but maybe Ill try another time.

  • Did you try the parts smaller? Thats what helped me get it right. I love the coconut too, I plan on getting the aubreys cond. soon to combine with the suave.

  • Your hair is so cute! have you ever tried Jam instead of jel it holds with out the stiffness

  • U know I loved jam back in the day, but it dosent hold my hair for along time. Once I walk outside it my hair just goes buck wild and wants to be free. Maybe I should try it with the wax?

  • You go girl.. I just started on the rosemary..

Its strong, but you have to dilute it with another carrier oil.. Your hair looks good and its growing!!

  • I plan on getting some rosemary and peppermint oil and making a oil to treat my scalp with. I heard it's great for stimulating the hair follicle!
