One of the better examples was Alain Prost in Mexico ´90. He only cared about the race, and was only 13th in the grid. But in the race was, by far, the fastest one, and of course he won. Here's the profile of a typical Schumacher fan. He's between 7 and 22 years old, has eyes only for Ferrari and Schumacher, is completely blinded to other drivers, never read a book on the history of the sport, goes crazy when they see"7 World championships". Will cover and defend any dirty racing move Schumacher did. So, in a nutshell, they are pretty pathetic people in the end....

Stats are important in a individual sport like tennis, because it's you and yourself, but in motoracing, stats DON'T make the driver, too many things come into play. Only retarded Schumacher fans believe in stats, the wastshits of the earth.
I would dismiss stats in motor racing as well but there are some I find very appealing. Fangio was 47 yrs old when he won his 5th world championship. He was 42 at his first! Wins with the fewest number of starts, Jackie Stewert 99 starts, 27 wins, astonishing. But Schumacher never seemed like a bad sort to me. Why is he hated soo? He may have won a few too many times for his own good...
I think its all a matter of when, how and with what you achieved those numbers. All the drivers you wrote there are deserving it more than Schumacher.

Shut up! Remember Schumi won 2 world championships with Benneton and then left for ferrari who were nowhere then. He could have taken the easy option and stayed but didnt. He built the team around him and was the main reason for all the success. Remember he didnt win the wc until his 5th year at ferrari! No contract of Schumacher had team orders. Brawn and Montezemolo said that. It always was a team decision. In 99 Schumacher had to change position with Irvine for the championship. So it only was the team. In Austria 2002 Schumacher was not very amused.

99 Ferrari was not a bucket - Irvine almost won the Title in it (and would have had he not lost the first half of the season playing second fiddle). So it was arguably the best car!

The 90s McLaren was the best car not the Ferrari, at that time the semi-auto gearbox was no advantage. Even the 91 McLaren was better than the 91 Williams because it ws more reliable. Mansell had to retire 2 or 3 times because of that crappy gearbox.
Berger drove the 95 Benetton and said he is wondering how Schumacher could win in that shit bucket. The 94 Benetton had 70hp less than the Williams.

I would dismiss stats in motor racing as well but there are some I find very appealing. Fangio was 47 yrs old when he won his 5th world championship. He was 42 at his first! Wins with the fewest number of starts, Jackie Stewert 99 starts, 27 wins, astonishing. But Schumacher never seemed like a bad sort to me. Why is he hated soo? He may have won a few too many times for his own good...

Shut up! Remember Schumi won 2 world championships with Benneton and then left for ferrari who were nowhere then. He could have taken the easy option and stayed but didnt. He built the team around him and was the main reason for all the success. Remember he didnt win the wc until his 5th year at ferrari! He would still be at the track 11 o clock saturday night getting every tenth out of the car whilst his competitors were in bed. He is the greatest driver ever!!

It just proves Schumacher was no different to any other driver - he went to ferrari because they were promising the most for the future.
Oh it was Rory Byrne the designer and Rozz Brawn the technical director that revived Ferrari (just as they did at Benetton). In bot cars -Schui rode on their coat-tails!

7 WC's is not amazing - put half the drivers in F1 in his situation (best cars and team-orders) and they would also win 7.
Prost would have won 9 and Senna 11 in the same situation - ie. Schui's 7 AND a few WITHOUT the best car in 96,97,98,99,05,06. Senna won in 90 and 91 with out-dated manual gearbox cars and Prost won in 86 against superior Williams Honda.
Schui won nothing without the best car. He was never all that good - just the most privileged driver of all-time (BY FARRRRRRR)!

Stats are nothing - just shows how long you were around and how often had the best car. Iust imagine the incredible statistics Senna would have achieved at Ferrari - he was twice the driver Schui was - with those cars Senna would have re-written the record books far more completely than Schui. Though he would have been 44 by 2004, if he was at Ferrari during the same years Schui was - it's certain Senna would have won around 160 Grand Prix and around 200 poles.

Senna best test driver? haha. Schumacher sometimes did 400 laps in 3 days while testing. He was the man working the most ever. Senna sometimes didn't test for months. Schumacher could do 20 laps every lap in a range of 2 tenth.
No contract of Schumacher had team orders. Brawn and Montezemolo said that. It always was a team decision. In 99 Schumacher had to change position with Irvine for the championship. So it only was the team. In Austria 2002 Schumacher was not very amused.

99 Ferrari was not a bucket - Irvine almost won the Title in it (and would have had he not lost the first half of the season playing second fiddle). So it was arguably the best car!
And 94,95 Benetton was the best car thanks to GENIUS - Rory Byrn'e genius, not schui's!

Nope - nothing to do with jealousy - it's indignation that he was handed so much on a plate and didn't deserve his statistical record. There were plenty of better drivers in history who did it the hard way (eg. G.Villeneuve).

Make no mistake - the more complex the game, the more superior was Senna - he was the one pushing for a banning of driver aids, elctronics and computers - because he knew he could do it all in his head and noone else could get close to him.

Winning a championship without the best car is almost impossible even for the best - It's the mark of a TRUE Champion.
Schui had 8 opportunities to win the Title without the best car (92,93,96,97,98,99,05,06).
He failed every time.
Senna had 8 opportunities to win without the best car (84,85,86,87,90,91,92,93).
He succeeded twice (90,91).
(In 90,91 Senna was still using McLaren's dinosaur technology - manual gearshifts against Ferarri and Williams new-age semi-automatic gearboxes, and WON!)

The 90s McLaren was the best car not the Ferrari, at that time the semi-auto gearbox was no advantage. Even the 91 McLaren was better than the 91 Williams because it ws more reliable. Mansell had to retire 2 or 3 times because of that crappy gearbox.
Berger drove the 95 Benetton and said he is wondering how Schumacher could win in that shit bucket. The 94 Benetton had 70hp less than the Williams.

When Schui speared off at Silverstone in 99 at about the same speed Senna speared off at Tamburello in 94 - the different results were purely a matter of luck!
If Schui had been killed here like Senna unfortunately was, he would have a mediocre record - 2 World Championships and 35 wins in nearly 9 years compared to Senna's 3WC in just 8 years (and 41 wins in 10 years)
That ends the myth that Schui's stats make him the best - he was just lucky enough to be around for 250GP.
